Alternative to Walnut colored flooring?

thanks much to laurie C for her feedback on walnut flooring – while im still leaning towards it to tie the room together – i would love to hear ideas on another color option that would compliment the existing honey plank ceilings with exposed walnut beams ? thanks again for all of your great responses and help PS the wood panel walls have nothing behind them – so they cant be taken down – paint is the only option at this point within budget

You mentione "honey" plank ceilings. Instead of walnut flooring why not use a slate flooring in your color scheme. You could incorporate both shades of light to dark honey and a light walnut color mixed throughout.
I'm not aware of your other question so I'm going on your current info….. forgive me if I'm way off base here.
