There are special cleaning systems for use with laminate floors. They are sold at Home Depot, Lowes, perhaps even your local grocery store or Target. They contain a cleaning pad (with a swivel head and a long pole) and have a removable, washable terry cloth cover. Also there's a bottle of cleaner that you spray on. This is very easy to use and makes the floor look like brand new, clean and no streaking with just a small amount of clean shine. The spray bottle lasts a long time. I'm still using my same kit after 3 years. I use a dust mop (the same kind that the janitors in elementary school used) to get up the dirt first. These floors are SOOOO easy to clean and maintain! I have a dog and am so happy with how easy it is to clean up her hair and all the dirt she tracks in from the back yard.

I've been in the contracting business for many years, and I must disagree with those who say polyurethane is the better choice. It's NOT the better choice, for a number of reasons. 1) It's not durable. If it's a high traffic area, it's very quick to peel, pop, bubble, and come off. Not good.
2) The solvent smells will linger in your room for possibly months.
3) It's not eco-friendly.
4) Polyurethane is great for walls, doors, roofs, fences, tanks, etc. It's horrible for floors. I've had to re-do so many jobs, and offer many refunds as a result of Poly-based paints. I won't recommend, nor use them any longer.

As far as those estimates go, those prices are outrageous. How big are the floors you'd like to do? The company I deal with for my Epoxy products cover about 350-400 square feet for $150. It's as easy to put down as normal paint. Sure, I'm a contractor, and I enjoy the massive profits, but it's really easy to do yourself. You can probably save $1000 if you do it yourself. My usual job is 80% profit, so my guess is that your area is no bigger than 600-800 square feet. Is that about right?
References :
Polyurethane will give you a nice finish, just make sure you let it dry completely before you put your furniture back in the room. Always go with the grain of the wood when putting your finish on and stir your polyurethane gentle so you don't get bubbles in you finish.A lambs wool applicater is the best thing to apply the finish with.
References :
Polyurethane has been the standard floor finish for many years. I wouldn't spend the additional money for epoxy. I finish several floors every year and have done a few with an epoxy type of finish. I prefer the looks of a urethane finish. I think oil base poly is better for floors than water base.
References :
I use a good exterior polyurethane, more durable, thin the first couple of coats by 30% with mineral spirits, you will have less bubbles in the finish and probably won't have to sand between coats, after the first two coats thin by about 20% and apply several more coats, I put five coats on my hardwood floors, you can also buy the same sealer they use on basketball courts which is really durable....Ace Hardware use to carry the sealer used on basketball courts.
References :
epoxy would be a harder finish, but the polyurethane will also be very durable. if you want to spend the extra cash, then go with epoxy, its better but not neccessary
References :
home renos 20+yrs

I'm not really sure of the availability of laminate flooring for Iran, but I can point you to a web page on laminate flooring so you can get more info about it.
Once you decide for sure that it is what you want, perhaps individual companies would bid on the amount you wish to purchase.

Here's the link:

Hope this is helpful for you.
References :
http://www.building-your-green-home.com/
